Project Size: 63,000 SF consisting of 245 Thinshell Precast panels and 81 Architectural Precast panels
Precast Panel System: Thinshell and Architectural Precast
Integral colored precast concrete cast with form liner to emulate the rich red color of historic sandstone.
Spray foam insulation applied to thin shell precast concrete at the plant.
County Administration - North Building 14 is located adjacent to the previous Willis Construction-built County Administration South - Building 16, which was completed in 2020. At a glance, both projects look very similar. Both projects share identical design features utilizing Architectural Precast, Thinshell, mix designs, a replicated sandstone form liner finish, and the extended shade feature on the west side of each building.
